Talk to us.
One address. It is read by a person and answered by a person — there is no ticket queue and no menu to get through.
What to send
Write it however is easiest. A few lines is plenty to start — we would much rather hear a rough version of the real problem than a polished version of a tidied-up one.
If you want to give us a head start, these help:
- What you or your business actually does, in one line.
- The problem, described the way you would describe it to somebody who does your job.
- How it is handled at the moment, even if the answer is on paper or not at all.
- Anything that has already been tried and did not stick.
- Whether there is a date this needs to be solved by.
If none of that applies and you just want to ask a question, ask it. Short emails are welcome.
About support
If you already use one of our products and something is not working, send it to the same address and say which product it is and what your device is. That gets it to the right person fastest.
Press and partnerships
Also this address. We are small enough that everything lands in the same place, which we consider a feature.
A note on what we will not do
We will never ask you for a password, a card number, or a government identification number by email, and we will never send you a link asking you to enter one. If a message claiming to be from us does any of those things, it is not from us — send it to the address above and we will confirm it.
